14th International Conference on Origen Studies: Colloquium Origenianum Quartum Decimum

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 14th International Conference on Origen Studies: Colloquium Origenianum Quartum Decimum, which will take place at Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, on August 10-14, 2026.

Conference Theme: "Origen and the Development of Christian Thought".

We welcome papers examining both the reception of earlier Christian thought in Origen and Origen's influence on later Christian development. Papers may be presented in English, French, Italian, German, or Spanish.

Key Dates:

  • Abstract submission deadline: January 31, 2026.
  • Conference dates: August 10-14, 2026.

The program will include plenary lectures, communications, workshops, and possibly quaestiones disputatae. Younger scholars are especially encouraged to participate.
